Stephan Böhm and Tarek Carls presented two new studies on the role of age diversity for leaders‘ emotional exhaustion as well as on the impact of disability on employees‘ subjective age perceptions. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and discuss with many old friends from all over the world!
