Practical research is at the heart of our activities. We work closely with companies and public institutions on projects.

A major concern of the CDI-HSG is the relevance of our research for politics, business and society. For this reason, we cooperate in numerous projects with partners from a wide range of sectors in order to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities and the prevention of incapacity to work in a sustainable and evidence-based manner. The current practical projects and collaborations of the individual departments are presented in more detail on the following pages. The departments are also available for presentations on their respective research areas, in particular on the topics of inclusion, diversity and digitalization. The Business Administration and Applied Disability departments also offer training courses within these subject areas.
