Storytelling
Storytelling is a narrative method through which explicit, and above all implicit, knowledge is passed on in the form of a metaphor and absorbed through listening. The listeners are involved in the story being told, enabling them to understand the content of the story more easily and to think along independently. This allows for a better understanding and integration of knowledge. Nowadays, besides entertainment by narrators, storytelling is also used in education, in knowledge management, and as a method for problem-solving, among other areas.
